      Pros

      Work is good. I worked here just because of the work and nothing else.

      Cons

      System is bad. Management is worse. There is no system at all. Management dont know what to implement and how to implement that thing within the organisation. Moreover, senior peers doesn't know what are the new and current rules.

      -great place to begin with -good learning environment -team leads are quite a help to infuse great skills at the beginning of career -friendly colleagues

      Cons

      - They want a robot who can type in 3500 words a day without understanding anything -No quality -Least support from management -Director of the company spiteful and spying on the employees all the time -worst kind of politics -team leads and floor changes every other day in order to fill in the gaps created by huge employee turnover rate (musical chair!!) -management sacks employees on false grounds -team leaders find out faults like school teachers -low salary; not worth the insults they throw at you

      None!!!! They do not provide any benefit to their employee.

      Cons

      The worst working place ever. Disgusting working environment. The salary is not worthy compared to the work pressure. BDMs are the worst. They remain high in working hours and they allocate nonsence jobs to the writers. They ask medical students to do auditing and if they does it wrong they recieves negative feedback and rude behaviour. The worst part is they provide salary after 16th of every month...But they told they will provide on 10th of every month
