Poor and dangerous decisions at CEO levelp

Pros

As with most charities, good people exist in teams across the organisation.

Cons

There is a dictatorial, toxic leadership with little questioning from the trustee board. Regular redundancies due to poor financial budgeting and monitoring. CEO and senior leadership don’t listen to the experts under them. Only join at director or head level if you don’t mind being squashed and ignored.

Pros

Very nice teams, fine pay

Cons

The management at this organisation is really horrible, trainings and supervising are not enough Huge workload Very difficult work conditions Last minute changes is something you need to get used to and if something wrong happens because of it, you are to be blamed not managers.
