Pros

Hiring process doesn't exist you just apply and they hire everyone at the interview no background check, no references, you just get hired if you can walk and chew gum at the same time.

Cons

Pay, dirty work, high turn over, no room for growth, no raises, same thing every day, hazard work area, dangerous machine shop.

Pros

Steady employment with low risk of layoffs. Great place to begin one's career in manufacturing because this company focuses on hiring people with little/no previous experience.

Cons

Don't expect to be awarded any pay increases while working for this employer! Very little opportunity for upward mobility or career advancement.

Dreariest Shop Ever

Pros

It's close to downtown Everett which is handy if you live in Everett. They have a hodgepodge of many different CNC machines including one big h-mill that spindle spontaneously grenaded that happened to be a rebuilt CNC that had been immersed for 3 weeks in the flooding after Katrina

Cons

Everything else. If you're not treated like you're some invisible ghost you'll get nitpicked and berated by people that don't have any clue what they are doing. They think you're a maintenance guy too and somehow an expert on how to dismantle and rebuild systems of your CNC yet somehow keep it running 99% of the time. Get a millwright if you want CNC repairs lickety split. The shop floor is below street level making the whole shift feel like doing time in a dungeon. Which it can be like in my case the 2nd shift guy didn't show up so the foreman said to stay a little longer as the 2nd shift guy would be there "any minute now" yeah, I left at 8pm 14 hours after I clocked in. On breaks everyone is silent as any cheer and will to live had been drained out of them ages ago.
