      Part of a growing company. Great culture to work in. Endless amount of opportunity.. decent pay. Decent benefits. The owner is a real person you can talk to..

      Average pay. Under staffed. Working conditions (it is a factory)

      Pros

      Flexible schedule (leave early on holidays, flex lunch for appointments). Benefits are decent. Small privately owned business. Opportunity to move up. Good exposure to the industry for young professionals. Great team atmosphere. WFH one day a week.

      Cons

      Long work hours, poor management, Hard to get paid what you’re worth after starting. Work life balance could be improved.
