Small team, interesting technology to play with

The team needs to report back to China HQ, and sometimes the HQ folks don't have a clue of what is going on from the top, communication is not efficient, not to mention it never helps solve any problems. No management here in the Silicon Valley office, again your reporting lines will sit in China and it is best that you can speak Mandarin to work here. No career path whatsoever. Pay is pretty low in the Bay. Benefits are the bare minimum.
