Pros
Management does have a genuine passion for the product and education. The office is full of amenities, great vendors, and several good restaurants within walking distance. The pay is reasonable and if you are passionate about education, this is an awesome place to work with schools all day and promote a very unique product. Management will usually do their best to work with you to achieve your goals.
Cons
You will constantly find yourself on a roller coaster of emotions. One week everyone's heads are on the chopping block to meet the quota, the next week its "let's celebrate with pizza and beer". Management has some bully-ish tendencies and those will show when goals aren't being met. They pick their favorites and it's almost like a clique. The job can be filled with lots of drama, lots of uneasy feeling, and plenty of arguments. If you struggle with patience and communication, this probably isn't the role for you.
