Pros
Friendly and inviting work environment. As it is a smaller company you get a lot of autonomy over yourself.
Cons
Work is always changing. Given the seasonality of Rubaroc in Canada, roles can change during the summer/winter season to accommodate changing needs.

They let you eat your lunch outside on the curb if you're so inclined.
Cons
Hired on as a part time 'graphic designer', it was immediately apparent once I started they actually wanted a full time secretary. The work they wanted done for their pamphlets magically disappeared, but they really needed someone to answer the phone! I should've realized they were a shoddy company when the job listing was for hybrid part time and in the interview it was 'haha I don't know who wrote that, it's actually for in-person full time.' I really needed the money so hey, that's on me.
