Pros

I love the aspect of being given a job to do and left alone to do it. I love the flexibility I have to balance my work life and home life. Everyone has a place in the company but the owners and managers know it's our company as much as theirs. They care about us and help us to grow, strive to learn new skill sets and appreciate us and we can see that every day

Cons

We don't get to interact with our other offices as much.

Pros

Working at Rubenstein Law gives you the opportunity to help those in need with their personal injury cases. Everyday you learn new things that make your job interesting and rewarding. If I need help my supervisors are available to assist in a timely and efficient manner. The firm does different activities throughout the year to keep employees motivated and they have several community events.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment and can be overwhelming at times but being able to help clients in their most difficult times is very rewarding.
