      Pros

      Healthy culture, DEI is a core value, constant learning, small teams, flexible schedules and learning/development stipend.

      Cons

      No 401k or tuition assistance. .

      Scrappy team, great culture, huge vision

      Pros

      The team is fluid and flexible, lending a hand to each other all the team to tackle new and complex problems. Security isn't an easy field, but it feels organic and natural here.

      Cons

      In any small company, mistakes can seem bigger than they are. Rubica does a decent job of insulating the team from these course corrections, but they still happen.
