Pros

Nothing that I could think of!

Cons

I worked at the company for almost a year, and things were going well until August. That's when an internal team restructuring took place after my previous manager resigned. The company brought in a new manager who lacked basic team management skills and exhibited an unethical attitude. She often had a “I know everything” mentality and showed no care or respect for the team. Her approach to leadership was to shout and humiliate team members during meetings. Despite having years of experience, her track record was poor, with numerous client escalations in the past. I couldn’t understand why the company chose to keep someone who had failed in the past. It was clear that the founder should have been more involved in this decision to ensure the right person was chosen to lead the team. Unfortunately, the new manager made a mess of things and instead of owning up to her mistakes, she shifted the blame onto the team. As a manager, it’s essential to take responsibility and work with the team to resolve issues. Instead, we were blamed for her lack of proper support and QC. Eventually, 6-7 team members were placed on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) with the clear intention of firing them. Despite everyone giving their best, she and the assistant manager focused on trivial errors to justify replacing the team. What made it worse was the HR Head, who never seemed to understand what was going on and supported every decision without question. In my past jobs, HRs were proactive when things were wrong, but here, everything was in favor of the managers, and we were left with no choice but to resign. Appointing such poor leaders without consulting the team was simply unacceptable. Overall, my experience here was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Free Lunch Located close to Metro and other public transport options

Cons

1. Toxic Work Culture 2. Company has no direction, no product, no sales, no leadership. 3. Lot of employees are family members of founders. 4. You will not learn and grow in your job role but will learn on all kinds of shady practices to sell, please people, lobby. 5. The next big product is always coming next. It is never released. 6. It is not a SAAS company, it is a service agency with diminishing clients. No growth and learning for sales and marketing folks. 7. Raised multiple funding rounds, released multiple products that nobody has bought. Still raising funds. Hats off to the investors.

Pros

Located in a quaint residential area (dont know if it is a pro or con)

Cons

No office infrastructure No working product but company is called SaaS No work culture, toxic management, Common trend to smear ex employees - Star perfomer only until resignation, after that everyone is useless 2 co-founders and many leadership level people have left the company since inception. Everyone is smeared in the company which is a sign of toxic culture and no ownership. Fake investment announcements and PR activities. CTO was floating another company while in the same company, got caught and wrote apologies and continues to work in the company.
