      - Amazing work culture, no blame games, everyone is super practical - There's no routine job description. You can switch it up, poke ur nose, explore and learn a lot. If you're comfortable doing the same thing every day, you can suit yourself - Flexible work timings and wfh. - Unlimited paid vacation. - Awesome benefits - commuter benefits, life insurances, pet insurance, visual and dental, 401, 401k Roth, etc etc etc - Games in the office: chess, fooseball, shuffleboard, board-games, mini-golf, etc - Fun activities once in a while - Free food (breakfast and lunch) Stocked up fridges

      - Based on the team you are in. Some teams are super chilled out and others lack proper work-life balance
