Pros

Salary structure is as per market standard. Good learning opportunities for freshers

Cons

Work life balance in tech team is NILL. tech guys are pushed to work for 15 hr+ per day , tech guys are expected to work on saturday sunday as well. deadlines set for tech projects are totally unrealistic, results in sub standard products with lots of bugs and issues. It is good for fresher, he can learn a lot in such kind of environment, However for others , it is abusive.

Pros

The startup is taking advantage of fintech wave

Cons

Huge list of negative aspects of the company 1) Founder has no vision about the company, he fakes a lot, with almost zero knowledge about fintech he claims false things in front of employees as well as investors & media. The first time entrepreneur has no idea how to run a startup. 2) Industry veterans joined the company, CTO, CBO, CMO, CPO all have left the startup due to internal politics. 3) There are few old employees in the company who are useless & create wrong image of hard working employees in front of founder (who do not use his own brain) & eventually employees left the startup after facing lot of harassment, if you are a champion of politics, this is a company for you. 4) Ex-employees are filing legal cases on the startup for not clearing pending dues 5) Company is trying to raise series B funding but because of fake claims, every time when investors dig deeper, they found false, fake things (like all credit card business is offline & startup has created internal hakes to convert offline data to online data) & eventually baked out. 6) Company spends a lot of digital marketing to create good air of founder, but reality is all gas. 7) Few vendors of the company has filled legal cases & few more are on the way to file legal cases for their long pending dues. 8) Co-founder has no value in the company, founder insults him in front of the entire team, one fine day founder thrown out the tech co-founder out of tech team & told him not to come to office from next day (best part is, all this happened in front of entire team, co-founder has no option but to live in this insulting environment) If you are thinking of joining the startup, you must connect to few previous employees & understand the real story of it. This startup can ruin your career so just be careful !!

Thanks for your feedback. We work as a family with all on the same floor, hence everyone has equal value. Healthy internal competition is kinda flavor added to recipe of our work , but at the end of the days work and differences we party together too. And that's how we are align to the same vision of making it big in the fintech space. At the same time for those who could not align and sustain having own view points decided to leave and we shall respect it.
