      A friendly team but useless management

      Wimborne is a nice town to work in

      This might sound like a bitter ex-employee, but I'm not. This is actually friendly advice to future job seekers. The pay was very poor for the amount of work you were expected to do. The manager never listened to the problems and was only concerned with deadlines. If you didn't perform then you would be questioned why. The reasons being the same as those you'd explained previously. You were expected to work through your lunch hour and never thanked for extra hours.

      More difficult after recruitment freeze and staff leaving

      Pros

      Good location. Nice working environment, friendly colleagues, mostly. Wages are competitive, probably average for job roles. Company seems in a strong position in market

      Cons

      Recruitment freeze but seems to be only on non-sales roles, we lost a member of staff and could not replace, makes things more difficult.
