      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities where you can innovate too. Nice place to work and learn new skills. No hierarchy and a flat Organization

      Cons

      For now nothing seems to be off for now. Some one or another May find few but these may be individual cases.

      Great co workers. Positive attitude. Management is very nice to everyone. Seniors are very helpful. Learn many new things. Love working here.

      There is pressure but without it we cannot succed in life. So I would say work under pressure is much more beneficial.
