Interview

It was a short telephonic conversation. Couldn't hear them well over call (my network was fine, I had another interview call same day). They asked about my career background. They wanted to offer 1.24 LPA to an MBA student.

The interview was good and face to face.The interviewer asked general questions about career and academic background.The interview was one hour long.The final word was given by the manager.The induction process was very smooth.

Hiring process is extremely bad. HR are not user friendly. If you require family members, hire them as employee. They called me, then rejected me after telephonic while i had 2 years experience. I don't think what their criteria to match any candidates.
