Hiring process is extremely bad. HR are not user friendly. If you require family members, hire them as employee. They called me, then rejected me after telephonic while i had 2 years experience. I don't think what their criteria to match any candidates.
We are sorry you had to go through such an experience but please note we look for good attitude and other parameters / attributes before selecting someone. No. of years of experience is not the only criteria. you have to take rejections in a better way and work on that.
