      -flexible work hours -nice and young team

      Cons

      -low sallary -zero to litle possibilities to advance in your carrer (chances to advance only if you are in good relationship with the management, can be promoted without taking any test. No equal opportunities given to all employees) -zero transparency -always copying their competitors, no original ideas, including the structure of the teams -Cluj team leaders have no words to say regarding management decisions -little interest in the employees well being

      Pros

      A great place to grow and to take responsibilities, a company where you can learn, you can try, you can fail and then get things done. Challenges are at every step. You only need to embrace them. Working with strong people and strong characters.

      Cons

      Priorities are different in management so when these are cascaded, the employee get very confused.

      As your first job it is perfect, great colleagues and not much workload.

      Cons

      It doesn't have any possibilities of climbing up the ladder and there are some problems with contracts because they are from Norway and the office is in Cluj-Napoca.
