Virtual company from inception, so the company knows how to work remotely. Great coworkers who care. Opportunities to take on new things/challenges.

Pros
Company and leadership has a deep knowledge and extensive, winning professional experience, reputation, and relationships in the healthcare industry. Strong systems in place to work virtually; smart, focused, caring, honest, high end/substantial people run the firm. Had tremendous support in my two years at Rudish both from a leadership perspective and from an admin perspective. Generous/unpetty, open to looking at everything from the employee's perspective to "make it all work"
Cons
No down sides....other than that it's a purely virtual firm, and someone must be comfortable in navigating through a Virtual environment.
