      Cons

      Management-employee fraternization is common and often ostracizes hard-working employees. Very pessimistic working environment. Unorganized warehouse. Problems caused by this range from numerous shipping errors to slow performance, discouraged employees, theft, and paranoid management. Dirty warehouse that is rarely cleaned. In 2 years I never got a penny more $$$ for my efforts despite often working extra weekend shifts upwards to 50+ hours a week. My supervisor said he hadn't received a raise in 14 years. Good luck with that. Company has HR, but it's more of a tattle taling tool to rat out unhappy employees to their managers. Not legitimate. Management reacts poorly to suggestions and/or criticism.

      Merchandise looks good. Very talented people at the lower level

      Go through the comments this company is poison. Currently this company is being run by a bunch of people that do not know retail and also can't be trusted. there is No considerations for people. The new CFO has no manners, screams and humiliate people in public. The HR department (or the lack of it) is useless in this company. That department should be called the firing department. No body wants to work for this company unless they have no choice. The people who are working are looking for jobs. Lots of things this company does violates the basic rules of treating people rate. One of Canada's worst employers.

      Nothing positive. Employees are mistreated, humiliated and disrespected. Week leadership with no vision and no idea how to run a company. Never take responsibilities for their mistakes and failures, allways find someone to blame and take the fall for them.

      Cons

      In 2 years: 2COO, 4 sales directors, 4 VPs, 4 HR directors, 6 BA, 4 warehouse directors, 3 finance directors, 4 DMs and the list goes on. huge turn over i couldn't keep track any longer; over 100 HO employees, on average 2 to 4 quit every week.
