Decline any suggest to improve work flow, because that project will only make their job harder, cause they will have to oversee the improvement project at the start. They rather just sit at their desk and pretend to do work. Very separatist environment between "upstairs" and "downstairs" people. Very harsh and negative attitudes all around the office. So many disgusting things in the kitchen, you will feel bad that people are actually going to eat that food. (expired food, mold, unsafe handling) None of the kitchen staff wash hands, never before, during, or after shift. Bathroom breaks and all.
