Pros
- Nice co-workers, lot of laughs - You can come in sneakers and dressed casually as long as you do not meet a commercial partner - You can make arrangements if you need to take half a day to go to the doctor
Cons
- Very low wage (I have a master degree and paid nearly minimum wage, a shame !), no augmentation so be prepared to negociate at your enter of the company - Lack of organisation at all levels of the company - Since the CEO changed from builders of the company, there is a lack of knowledge about how an e-shop works, they fired or let go all people of tech and SEO that could bring a lot to the company, we really do not know where they go :p - Lack of clear positionning, was known in the past for hight tech products, now wants to sell house and garden products... - Bad mutual (mutuelle), bad CE - Website CMS is the same since hte opening of the company...
