      Pros

      Great culture, everyone is really friendly and will speak to eachother no matter what team they are on. Collaboration is actively encouraged across the firm. Loads of social events.

      Pay is competitive but could be better

      Fantastic Culture and Lovely People

      Pros

      Great culture, looked after everyone famously throughout the pandemic and really lovely staff all the way through. The chairman is also a fantastic character - was a joy to work here.

      Good investors, questionable leadership amidst transformation

      Collegiate atmosphere, boutique feel but established firm with sticky client money, decent pay, good work life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership all "cut from the same cloth", questionable management team leading business transformation, unclear investment process
