Didn't have the time to be a part of the company, so I guess I dodged a bullet

Cons

Not the most professional place, they call you for interviews, suddenly you learn the position has been cancelled because "position no longer needed", didn't you conduct research of some kind before posting a job and calling people? recruiters, etc?
