Pros

Schedule, per day Customer base is awesome

Cons

Communication with Owner and COO is terrible ... frequently talk down to you and they don't communicate effectively. They created a hostile work place and did not respect hierarchy of communication or decision making. No training !! Kept promising "someone was gonna come down", but never did.

Pros

Absolutely none to speak of.

Cons

Mandatory six day work weeks. One week of paid vacation after one year of employment, no accrual and no additional after subsequent years of employment. No paid holidays, sick time or any additional personal time. Other benefits like insurance are subpar and expensive. Apathetic, uncommunicative and robotic field management. Training is laughable. Omnipresent and uber micromanaging owner who needs to have hands in every aspect of the business. Be prepared to answer to him on a daily basis for every sneeze and fart that takes place in the business. Corporate partners either spend their time in stores terrorizing or watching stores on video cameras remotely. It’s completely understandable how and why a business with less than two years of operation has had three managers and over 300 employees come and go. No one is paid what they are worth. If this doesn’t give you a good idea of what the environment is like, spend a week there. You’ll figure it out quickly. I wish I had read the Glassdoor, Google, Yelp and BBB reviews before making my decision. Hope you do.
