However this is a company that breeds hate and supports harassment. All of their projects currently in construction are a complete disaster. Worst in the business. Lack of management. No training if you’re new. They throw you to the wolves. And if you actually do well, they are bothered and make up lies about you. Pay is good but short-lived bc they will screw you over. SUPER racist. They claim to be diverse but make you work federal holidays like Juneteenth yet don’t recognize it or acknowledge it’s existence. But then go all out for all the other holidays and decorate for them. If they didn’t claim to be diverse then there wouldn’t be expectations. However they wave a diversity flag; yet do the opposite — hire bigots who wear fake afros as a joke in their email profile pictures. Because that’s professional or healthy. Just don’t waste your time here.

Micromanagement environment especially when you are new. They expect the unrealistic "rainbow unicorn" performance of employees. I have worked at places with better morale. If your looking to work at a great architectural firm, I would pass on this one.
