Working in RUMA has been a great experience. The company actually encourages collaboration across teams and everyone is open to opinion despite which level are u. Leadership is approachable, and the company culture promotes work-life balance as well, they do try not to disturb you when you're taking leave, which I find it rare. Overall, it's a workplace where you feel valued and motivated.

Fast paced company, hence, must think and work faster.

The management is very helpful regarding to your growth, If you won't pay attention to it you won't understand the meaning of "growth".

Sometimes manpower is not enough. But still you can handle it once you know how to manage your time.
