      This is a small business, while there's plenty of opportunity to grow with the company, once you reach a certain level of seniority you'll likely have to blaze your own trail in terms of learning and developing new skills

      Pros

      What's great about working at RunAsCloud is that the minds are all very technical and experienced in the cloud space, I'm challenged everyday and am constantly learning. We're encouraged to try new things, ideas are heard and valued. There is a lot of opportunity to grow within the organization. I get regular mentoring and training from my superior's and have meaningful 1 on 1's. There is a good amount of geeking out over all things tech.

      There is no Kombucha on tap...yet.
