- Great perks & benefits - Many social events - Decent pay - Good role for career progression

Cons

- When I first started the role was told they had not hired anyone externally in years and could tell - Very cliquey among CA's and CM's - Not all middle management care about your well being - Feedback is never clear and changes within 24 hours so not very helpful - A lot of micromanagement: Feel like spend more time in messaging and updating higher ups on what's happening rather than actually doing the job - Very much a popularity contest - One CM told me they only started hiring people of diversity recently before this year only 2 POC! - Not much career progression have heard from others how they given them false hopes or the run around - Many have just excuse CEO being blunt and rude to everyone as "thats just who she is" but you wouldnt want that from your employees right?
