The company has some very good people. 4/10 work weeks, every Friday is off. The products that are made save lives. The environment is industrial concrete manufacturing for aviation. Everyone is committed to making aviation safer. A job and company to be proud of.
Cons
New ownership from Sweden makes for some communication and cultural challenges. That said, the transition is focused on making everything better for everyone. Respect is a very important value.
