Pros

Over time I have learned a lot and seen my skills improve with each passing month. The work environment is quite conducive and friendly. Although the pressure is high at times, it only furthers your expertise and sharpens your abilities. Fun, rigourous and expansive are the three qualities that according to me define Rupa.

Cons

A little flexibitliy in the work mode would, in my opinion, make the experience better. And there is always a scope for improvement regarding the books we aim to publish.

Pros

1. Only Rupa is one of the big players who lets you in without any experience 2. Decent salary for beginners

Cons

1. Abusive 2. No period leaves for women (women are the majority of the workforce) 3. Only relies on propaganda books for profit. 4. Tries to corner and mentally bully freshers. 7. Authors are paid peanuts. 8. Bad manuscripts are given to the editorial table and freshers are gaslighted to believe it is their fault when it is time for increment or before making them permanent.
