      Pros

      You aren’t thrown in the deep end without training when you start. Excellent on-site team Pay is always on time. No weekend or public holiday work.

      Cons

      Management are not on-site and make community based decisions without seeking local knowledge. Do not communicate well with on-site team. Not very supportive to on-site staff.
