      Company provides regular communication with respect to learning and new ideas. - Our clients are top name brands and we are doing incredible things that impact our business. - Opportunities for professional development.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. While we grow there are things that needs to be evolved like updating technology, adding office space etc. But above all we need to focus is on what is happening is right and to define the future and the role you play in it.

      We get the support whenever we require. We have productive discussions in team hurdles. Our inputs towards the company are taken into consideration. I personally have developed communication skill and management skill at Rurash. We get a lot of support from Rurash
