I found it extremely beneficial to have the ability to manage project development in such a fluid manner while also maintaining clear and consistent communication with coders. The company benefits from excellent communication and a diverse range of experience from other departments and from the CEO.
Cons
The account manager department is severely lacking in professionalism and competence. The KPI provided by the technical director is unclear and lacks detail. There have been instances of misinformation from him, as well as a lack of respect for the client. Additionally, bonuses have been withheld without explanation.
