      DO NOT WORK HERE- a lot of staff bullying being concealed

      staff and home managers are lovely, make you feel welcome

      Cons

      Experienced bullying from a senior member of staff. Do not expect any staff/HR related queries to dealt with in a fair or timely manner, if at all. Wages do not value your work; it is not worth it. Do not expect job security; discrimination and hearsay being used to remove you from the company.
