      Went downhill after Siemens purchased them.

      Company deals with a lot of building automation and critical infrastructure, producing transfer switches and switchgear.

      Cons

      Not much of a work life balance, and a lot of broken promises regarding compensation after Siemens purchased them.

      Pros

      The job is constantly adding new equipment into the switchboards and ATS's, so you'll always have something to learn.

      Cons

      A lot of travel, and in kind of a back and forth way, and there's really no documentation or proper training program.
