Pros
Job security, I was not furloughed during the pandemic. I also work hybrid which works well with my personal life
Cons
I really do not like working here, the firm consists of 3 offices which operate completely differently. The pay scales between the offices are totally different, so you have to be in Bedford Row if you want to have a competitive salary. Very little to no support from your supervisors, and the teams are very cliquey and high school-esque. There is no recognition for those who are neurodivergent, I really struggle and every time I mention I need assistance, I am giving a "work it out" type of response. I know I am being paid far less to those in my team, we have all discussed the differences and we cannot work out why there is such disparity between wages. To get far at Russell-Cooke you need to be one of the favourites, as favouritism is very clear here. As soon as my clawback time period ends, I will be leaving, I would leave sooner but I cannot afford it.
