Pros

Well-meaning colleagues, some very talented. Mid to Senior-level salaries aren't bad for local firm.

Cons

Senior management is non-existent, and when they are involved it's only to take too long to make bad decisions. A family-run firm with zero family atmosphere or energy from CEO. Questionable behaviour from senior team - many staff complaints and high staff turnover.

A very pleasant place to work.

Pros

Friendly staff and work colleagues. Offices in a lovely location. Hybrid / flexible working days / hours. Good amenities.

Cons

There is no sick pay however there are duvet days. If raining then drive to work will leave the car covered in mud.
