Pros

The sales people are some of the best people I have ever met. Working with them was the highlight of my time there and they are absolutely amazing.

Cons

Management treats all employees that are not sales engineers like children. They micromanage you, do not encourage you to grow, control every aspect of your day and do not instill trust. They are bosses who blame, stifle exceptional employees and have no concept of how to build a team or how to be a leader. The work environment is stressful and makes employees (especially hourly ones) feel unappreciated and as if they have no worth and are replaceable bodies in a chair.

Pros

Most of the times things went smooth when you weren't placed under burden of having to do three peoples jobs with one person paid.

Cons

The Management stinks. All these guys are Corporate Hard Noses with their noses somewhere else. The company wants a corporate outlook with McDonalds Pay.
