Pros

The silver linen (for someone) is that no one ever gets fired. There was (and I strongly believe still is) an employee that did literally nothing. At 9 a.m. she switched on her PC, at 2 p.m. she had her meal, at 6 p.m. she switched her PC off and left home. She never did anything with the PC except for turning it on/off. Another pro is a canteen. Meals were good and unbelievably cheap for Moscow.

Cons

One should be a bureaucratic person to enjoy working there. It is not the right place to work if you are a determined self-starter and business-like personality. The best option there is to go with the tide. It's not an option for some people. No effort means no result. I resigned.
