Pros

Health insurance, small pension, many good products, camaraderie among many others wanting to leave.

Cons

New president is condescending to women, makes appearance comparisons about females in the office , he does not discourage his male direct reports from this behavior. This will cost Rust-Oleum and RPM sooner than later.
