Pros
Was a few fun people to work with while I was there. Really loved the supplier trips. Such a bonus being able to wear whatever you wanted to work.
Cons
Hugely toxic work environment. Management don't have your back, they point fingers at their staff and pass blame. The creative department work is never done so expect a lot of overtime hours - especially when they want to redesign everything because management have changed their minds. Speaking out will give you a black make and you'll be out of there. They do redundancies ever few years and all my friends are no longer there because at some point they all got made redundant. Not financially stable. Don't expect a pay rise so negotiate good terms when you start with them.
