Pros

Rusty Wallis was very team oriented and at times fun. The dealership has a decent-sized lot, with adaquete parking for the amount of customers that come through the dealership. Also they had a good new sales person training plan.

Cons

Lower management(Sales Managers) are below average, and the employee pay plan was also below average compared to competing Honda dealers. The location is a key reason for low monthly sales.

Cons

Everything in here sucks, the other employees are good but it’s management that sucks, they don’t care about you they will treat you like trash if you need time off forget about it. The schedule sucks, work for any other Honda except this one, this one is privately owned by greedy selfish people , rockwall or lute Riley are 100x better
