      Pros

      RMT values and supports its staff enormously. Training of new employees is intense but thorough and ongoing CPD and coaching is second to none. Simplified lines of communication means that the email culture often associated with larger organisations can be avoided. Many employees who leave the organisation return within a couple of years, and are welcomed back and appreciated for the experience they have gained.

      Fast-paced development in response to the needs of the organisation and those we serve. Growth mindset is essential!

      RMT is growing quickly and expanding at pace which means it's a very exciting time to join. You will be given the autonomy to implement changes that you think will positively impact the company and there is lots of trust from senior leadership. A flexible work environment with a mix of office and remote working. - Career growth opportunities - Diverse and inclusive culture - Interesting and challenging work - Supportive leadership

      As a growing company, there is a lot to do. If you're not used to a fast-paced environment and being rigorous with prioritisation you could easily feel overwhelmed

      Staff are very valued here. I have always felt appreciated. You are certainly part of a close knit, friendly team. Since working here, I have been given the opportunity to develop and expand my job role and skills. Enjoyable and flexible working environment.
