Company made false promises to get people to work for them, never lived up what they promised they would give their employees. Most co-workers spend most of their time socializing and do not try to fix flaws in their systems and treat most of the work day like social hour rather than treating patients. Forces employees to work outside their comfort or safety zone which in turn decreases patient safety and satisfaction

The down size to working at the hospital is they are short staff and nurses are having to work four, twelve hour shifts per week.
