Pros
This is an excellent out-of-college job to get started in an office setting and gain experience. If you’re hard-working and willing to learn, you’ll have opportunities for advancement. The company mostly promotes from within so anyone working there has worked in many positions with the company. The reviews here are rather misleading as there haven’t been layoffs in over two years. The company celebrates birthdays monthly and does larger catered events a few times a year. PTO policy is generous and there are many paid holidays. Good benefits and I love that the hours are early!
Cons
Overtime is sometimes needed and required, but employees are hourly and paid at an overtime rate. The work can be repetitive, but that’s the case with most jobs!
