Pros
Easy job to make a lot of money fast. They only run 2 out of the 13? Chow halls so management ie PM is more involved in the day to day. The PM is one of the nicest I’ve worked for in this industry and I’ve worked for GFS. Healthcare
Cons
Overwhelming at first Fast paced. Severely understaffed. Constant call outs ie picking up the slack of others a lot. Coworkers working at slower paces to avoid having to help out others. High burn out and turn over rate. Small town gossip culture. Senior management ie everyone above PM are so detached that they only show up when the building hits a rough patch or gets in trouble.

The pay was pretty good when I was working here
Cons
They never followed union rules, always changed the schedule at the last minute, and I was harassed by a fellow employee (came to my house shot out a window and slashed my tires) and then told to get over it.
