Pros

Challenging work with lots of potential

Cons

Horrible horrible management, with ineffectual/clueless people who care only about protecting their fiefdoms. Hard work went unrewarded and worse -- ignored. Too many projects were started without finishing old ones thereby ensuring the company will not have class-leading technology. It may look good to unsophisticated investors but the ruse is up now. The org structure and feedback is so backwards it defies logic. Bottom line: but for 3 people there has been full staff turn-over in the engineering department. Bad managers stay on, good competent engineers either leave in disgust, or are shown the door.
