Pros

Can be helpful if you are in absolute need of a job

Cons

I'm sharing this as a warning, not out of spite, because what I experienced with RxRelief was completely unacceptable. I worked for them briefly during a work stoppage event, they attempted to pocket most, if not all, of the bonuses that were promised by the client and the primary agency managing the event. When we asked for clarification, they didn’t just dodge the question; they tried to gaslight the entire team. The response was that we should be focusing on the “connections” we were making because of this “opportunity” they supposedly provided. They added that they were disappointed we were so focused on money. I lost sleep over how manipulative and insulting that was. It’s 2025, so how is this kind of exploitation still happening? Once people began pushing back and demanding answers, their tone changed drastically. They went from condescending to apologetic. Suddenly, they were “so sorry for the confusion” and “grateful for everyone’s hard work.” Only then were the bonuses finally paid out, which made it painfully clear they were only doing the right thing once they were cornered. What makes this worse is how predatory it felt. They know many pharmacists are in tough situations, just trying to find steady work, and they used that vulnerability to her advantage. That’s not leadership; that’s exploitation. On top of that, they have no problem yelling at you in front of others if you don’t immediately do what they say. There are no checks and balances at this company. Pharmacy is a small world, and while my principle is to avoid burning bridges, THIS bridge I had to burn. If you value your time, your sanity, or your self-respect, look elsewhere. There are better agencies out there that treat people like professionals, not pawns.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear the compensation you experienced was fair. We're sorry to hear your expectations were not met in terms of the direct hire timeline. The time it takes to be hired on full-time is at the discretion of our client and their direct hiring needs. We would love all of our associates to be transitioned to direct hire as soon as possible, however, this time can vary.
