Pros

Temp controlled work place . Good lower level management. Temp controlled work place. Temp controll work atmosphere. Good lower level management.

Cons

No incentive packages. No bonus. No set schedule. Cannot make personal plans during the week. Does not value good employees, only want to punish bad work performance , attendance, etc. Must work to earn vacation time. Vacation time is PTO.

Pros

It is a paycheck. Some of the employees are nice.

Cons

Upper management is rude and unprofessional and it all runs downhill. There is no work-life balance or respect for employees and their families. Favoritism and discrimination are part of their core values and the culture is unbearable. Expectations are crazy when there is no training of any employees. People are miserable and the environment is negative. Until there are changes at the top ( of this location) the situation will never improve.

Pros

Yearly performance review raises (very common for them to figure out a way to not give it; make sure you don't change roles or teams within months prior to the official review). Possible flexible schedule depending on role and team.

Cons

Horrible upper management; training is lacking, communication is virtually non-existent when it comes to changes in procedures, assignments, etc. Somehow the WORST employees continue to fly under the radar & never get coached or fired. Promises clients unattainable metrics. Very disorganized. The more you care the more they take advantage Keep a close eye on paychecks & deductions. Money tends to go "missing". Promises of bonuses that are mths. late & always smaller than expected w/ no explanation. Very questionable business ethics. Parent company (Omnicare) extremely shady & laughs at the threat of lawsuits (they've been sued before & figure they make more money skirting/breaking laws than they lose paying settlements). Being bought out by CVS which should be a conflict of interest on so many levels. Basically two disorganized, greedy companies merging. Consistently brag about revenues yet they don't pass that along to their employees.
