RxPost was a great place to work! The owner and founder is a great person to work with and she takes the time to make sure her employees are equipped to perform their necessary job duties. The work life balance is amazing and I genuinely felt appreciated as an employee.

Pros
When I visit friends and family and they ask about work, I love being able to respond by saying how great it is. RxPost has provided me with an environment where I get to learn and grow, as well as make meaningful contribution to a team. The time and commitment feels flexible enough to create a very healthy work-life balance too.
Cons
While working from home is pretty much all pro and no con, I sometimes do miss in-person collaboration. I felt like we made a lot more progress during our pre-pandemic in-person meetings, but even now I feel like we've got a good rhythm going for remote work.
